HSF has about 20 years experience in providing Commercial Aircraft Parts & Components support to various operators and governmental agencies around the World. Today HSF is one of accredited precision manufacturers for complex metal components and products in the field of aerospace platforms. HSF production facility which is projected depends on AS9100 and AS9120 Aerospace Standards, is located about 65 kilometers from Ankara Esenboga Airport, has been builted in 2000 square meter area and including state of the art laboratory and CNC machinery departments. HSF production facility, including quality control and product design laboratory and integrated process control system, have been updated and modified to keep ahead of current demands and international standards depending on AS9100, AS9120, ISO9001 and ISO-EN 17025. By the repair shops, HSF also offers unique MRO and repair services to help increase overall yields, improve quality and lower your costs. Our trained and experienced engineers provide complete turnkey solutions for complex machining and 3D modeling is also supported through state-of-the-art computer software including CAD-CAM. Due to the problems such as high cost and high risk of equipment which were commonly found in current NC (Numerical Control) training and machining area, with the development of virtual reality and computer software technology, a feasible programme of virtual NC machining simulation system is brought forward.
